Job Description
Support leasing activities- Support with active involvement in overall leasing initiatives and activities which include, planning and implementing tenant mix, tenants liaison, budgeting and managing of revenue as well as lease administration to build a strong shopping mall brand and stand out from the competition- Source for potential tenants with good retail concept and manage tenants relocation/transfer as deemed necessary- Communicate effectively with tenants to provide excellent customer service and maintain good landlord-tenant relationship which eventually help to ensure high renewal rates- Execute lease negotiations, renewals and apartment showings to ensure maximum occupancy of rental units- Perform lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions- Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents- Assist credit management department to collect rentals/payments from tenants of a portfolio of properties/property and work on the recovery plan for delinquent cases- Ensure accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports and detailed analysis of rental, gross sales turnover and occupancy cost- Research on property trends and industry- Implement standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the real estate business to ensure paperwork is completed accurately- Initiate forward planning by monitoring all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs.
