To review and draft company legal documentations;- To liaise with external lawyers on legal matters and act as principal contact between external lawyers and the company;- Assist Management to resolve any legal issues arise;- Provide advice and recommendations to Management from a legal and compliance perspective;- Monitor and ensure that all companies secretarial documents are updated and in compliance; and - To accept and implement any other account task given by the company from time to time.WE ARE PREDOMINANTLY AN OWNER AND OPERATOR OF MARINE VESSELS WHERE OUR BUSINESS IS FOCUSED ON MARINE TRANSPORTATION AND OFFSHORE STORAGE OF OIL AND GAS, AND PROVISION OF PORT MARINE SERVICESBachelor's or Equivalent
