Responsibilities:
1) Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including:
Acquisitions and disposals of land or shares in property companies
Joint ventures related to property development/investment
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as leases, tenancies, consultancy agreements, and IT contracts
Handling corporate exercises, including the issuance of shareholder circulars, information memorandums, and Bursa announcements
Conducting legal due diligence
Advise on banking and project financing agreements (conventional, Islamic, and syndicated)
Experience in intellectual property matters is a plus.

Strong technical and transactional competence in the above areas
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to build strong client relationships and work collaboratively in a team
Business/commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Qualification & Requirements
Degree in law (LLB (Hons.)
or its equivalent), CLP (or its equivalent); called to the Malaysian Bar;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
