The Marketing Executive helps plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services. This role involves creating content, managing marketing activities, and tracking performance. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to help grow the brand.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns:Help plan and track campaigns across different channels.
Research target audiences, trends, and competitors.
Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Work with design, sales, and product teams to align efforts.
Social Media Marketing:Create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
Manage giveaways, collaborations, and social media projects.
Build and engage with the online community.
Analyze results and adjust content and campaigns.
Work with designers to create visuals that match the brand.
Skilled in copywriting, producing informative and effective search engine-optimized copy for the website, campaigns, and external blog postings.
Undertake copywriting for Chinese-language social media posts.
Other Marketing Tasks:Maintain marketing materials and merchandise inventory.
Handle vendor management and procurement.
Work with designers on visuals for online and offline use.
Support events and other marketing activities as needed.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of marketing experience, especially digital marketing.
Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus.
Experience with Chinese social media platforms.
Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Able to manage multiple projects and work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and eager to learn.
