Job Purpose The marketing executive responsible to develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract foot traffic, support tenants, manage casual mall leasing, and engage customers through various promotional initiatives.
Responsibilities Casual Mall Leasing: To assist the team in ensuring that the monthly income target is achieved through profitable rental of promo space, advertising space, pushcart and any other available revenues.
To plan and source for suitable and relevant external parties in all aspects of casual leasing that are in-line with the Mall's Brand Values.
To plan, source and execute thematic promotion space based on selected Marketing Campaigns.
Event and Campaign: Assist in planning and executing effective Marketing campaigns in-line with the Company's marketing objectives and positioning through events and promotions.
Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and tenant needs.
Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the mall's brand and events.
Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand awareness and attract visitors to the mall.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including tenants and external agencies, to create effective marketing materials.
Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare reports on campaign performance, providing insights into areas for improvement.
Use analytics tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives against set objectives.
Others: Day to day responsibility for all marketing communications for the mall.
Handle additional special projects, tasks, and duties as assigned from time to time.
Assist on marketing administrative work, document systemization, marketing inventories and reports.
Handle various ad hoc tasks related to marketing initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility in responding to immediate needs.
