ResponsibilitiesEvents ActivationPlan, execute and coordinate a variety of events and promotions to draw targeted shoppers' footfall to the mall.
Source, explore and plan for suitable and strategic external parties to collaborate on promotions and events that align with the Mall's Brand Values.
Source, order and monitor the stock of marketing materials, merchandise items, gifts, and complimentary products.
Marketing CommunicationCreate, manage, monitor, innovate, enhance, and ensure that the Company's website and all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
are up to date, accurate and relevant to create brand awareness and publicity.
Assist the Manager in rolling out new campaign/partnership projects over multiple channels such as onsite, newsletter, social media, paid media, and mobile.
Assist in drafting and ensure that the copy, write-up, and copywriting for collaterals like social media, website, press kits, press releases, brand, and product are aligned to the brand's corporate identity.
Manage the production of marketing materials, posters, flyers, bunting, etc.
Day-to-day management of all Mall's communications to customers and stakeholders.
Manage and ensure information between the mall and media/public is timely, accurate, and reinforces the mall's brand identity and positioning.
Casual Mall LeasingAssist the manager in ensuring that the casual mall leasing's revenue target is achieved through strategic leasing of promotion spaces, pushcarts, advertising spaces, and any other potential avenues.
Maintain and compile data on all marketing activities and monitor progress of sales at the end of the promotional period.
Ensure all dues rentals are collected in time to avoid any arrears.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required.
Any professional courses attended that are related to this position.
Possess at least 2-3 years of working experience in a shopping mall.
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative, with experience in social media.
