Plan and create entertaining, engaging and trendy social media content, videos and reels to align with our brand's vision and connect with the target audience.
Measure and report performance of all social media campaigns.
Responsible for all social media advertisements to generate potential leads and sales.
Be part of the marketing team in proposing marketing ideas based on the campaigns or projects assigned.
Collaborate with designers to ensure visual themes are consistent and aligned with overall brand aesthetics.
Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third-party agencies for joint collaboration on various campaigns/promotions.
Regularly monitor and survey market trends of similar industries.
Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Requirements
Possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in English, Journalism, Mass communication, Marketing or equivalent.
Candidate must have at least 1-year experience in handling social media accounts.
Proficient in managing at least 3 platforms from the following: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Xiao Hong Shu.
Experienced in shooting and editing videos and reels to produce visually appealing content for social media platforms.
Fluent in speaking and writing Malay, English and Mandarin; to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Creativity, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
Have an outgoing personality.
Good time management & stress management.
