Provide prompt administrative support to Marketing Officers.
Follow up with agents on the necessary outstanding documents for processing of policy and claims.
Handle agents/customers' inquiries pertaining to their insurance needs.
Follow up with Marketing Officers/agents for submission and ensure no outstanding documents.
Monitor and remind agents on Cash before Cover submission and outstanding collection.
Update and monitor agent's cover note float.
Sort and dispatch all policies, endorsements, renewal notices, etc.
to agents.
Brief agents on usage of e-cover notes.
Monitor CPD hours requirement of agents.
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/AMII.
Minimum two (2) years of working experience in relevant insurance industry is preferred.
Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Effective communication in writing, business presentation, and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
