Job Description1.
Ensure MSC/MD Status companies comply with the CoG/Approval Letter.
Governing regulatory matters as set by the policies accordingly.
Maintaining good relationships and providing good service to MSC/MD Status companies and stakeholders while ensuring the requirements set in the CoG/Approval Letter are adhered to.

Assessment of MSC/MD status companies in matters regarding CoG/Approval Letter
Conduct inspections, site visits, and intelligence gathering.
Provide analysis and input sharing for compliance-related matters.

Enforcement of the CoG/Approval Letter
Monitor MSC/MD status companies' compliance with the CoG/Approval Letter.
Assist in the issuance of compliance-related demands.
Conduct assessments and continuous scrutiny of companies identified by internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare a summary report of non-compliance matters and other related notations.
Providing closure for compliance-related matters by way of the issuance of related documentation, communication, and deliberation with other stakeholders.
Management and validation of Self Declaration Form submitted by the MSC/MD companies.

Active and Inactive MSC/MD Companies
Conduct due diligence for the surrendering company, active company, and inactive company.
To prepare and issue a Notice of Breach for the non-compliance of active and inactive MSC/MD companies.
Prepare a report and consolidate recommendations via the presentation deck or assessment.
Prepare a report and consolidate recommendations via a presentation deck; report and present to relevant committees.
Maintain proper records, filing, and handling of confidential information.

Data management and information
Ensuring data or information is captured accordingly in Vega, EDMS, MD System, or any related system.
Maintain proper records, filing, and handling of confidential information from start to finish.
6.
Ad hoc tasks
To conduct ad hoc tasks related to compliance matters from time to time or when needed.
Qualifications1.
A minimum of 1 year experience in Legal, Compliance, Regulatory or Audit.
2.
Degree in related field - Law, Information Technology Management, Business Administration, Finance.
