Executive (Non-Motor Claims)

ResponsibilitiesFair settlement of claims by thorough investigation and negotiation of claim quantum.
Ensure prompt and efficient claims service to claimants and intermediaries in compliance with company's claims service standards and BNM guidelines.
Ensure efficient implementation and full compliance of company policies, regulations, guidelines and requirements including claims reserving.
Regular updating and review of claims reserves to ensure company's liabilities are properly assessed.
Pursue claim salvage and subrogation recoveries where possible to minimize loss.
Usage of CMS up to management's expectation.
Any other tasks or projects assigned by the management.
Handles claims processes in compliance with JPI/GPI 14 ie Guidelines on Claims Settlement Practices and Company's Work Instructions per Claims Manual.
QualificationsDegree/Diploma Holder preferably in Insurance or Business Studies.
At least 5 years' working experience preferably in insurance.
