JOB DESCRIPTION
Routine Maintenance Physical Works
Monitor routine maintenance physical works to meet section performance measures requirement according to MMA and COC by:
Lead and manage the administration, analyze, and ensure that the routine maintenance is carried out as per program and specification.
Manage and control routine maintenance schedule at mainline and facilities within the section.
Conduct regular meetings, refreshing briefings, and training with subordinates and contractors to ensure compliance with all specifications and policies.
Oversee the implementation and monitoring of routine maintenance.
Monitor Performance Measure & Compliance
Analyze and monitor the performance of routine maintenance contractors.
Advise HOS on any non-performance for close monitoring.
Conduct random inspections at the site and submit findings to HOS for further improvement of all routine maintenance works in accordance with OSH requirements.
Conduct regular meetings with routine maintenance contractors and subordinates.
Report any activities and matters that involve the section based on the condition of the contract.
Represent management in dealings with clients, local authorities, sub-contractors, and generate good rapport with surrounding neighbors in the dedicated section.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and check all areas within the section and maintenance responsibility.
Appraise and evaluate the quality and status with effectiveness of client satisfaction.
Manage and control any contra flow as required during traffic congestion or major disasters.
Annual Budget & Revenue
Plan, prepare, analyze, and control the annual budget and revenue within the allocated budget to meet revenue targets.
Formulate and implement heavy repair/upgrading/repair and replacement works according to BQ, stipulated time frame, and specifications.
Achieve and secure revenue for routine maintenance, work orders, repair & replacement work, and other related work as approved in the yearly budget.
Review, analyze, prepare, and report quarterly profit and loss.
Safety & Quality
Execute safety and quality according to the company's policy, mission, and vision by coordinating and controlling the implementation of safety (OSHA) and quality (ISO) to all works in the section, as well as advising and consulting subordinates and contractors to comply with safety and quality requirements.
Continuous Improvement
Collaborate and facilitate project teams in promoting continuous improvement initiatives and cost-effective service offerings as part of solutions to clients to enhance effectiveness in service delivery and optimize resources.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
Proficient in using computer-aided maintenance management systems (CMMS).#J-18808-Ljbffr
