Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, Business Park & Industrial (Malaysia), you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our business park and industrial developments in Nusajaya, Johor Bahru. Primary duties include:
Addressing customer and park users' feedback and complaints
Handle daily operation matters with vendors/contractors and park users, such as security, landscapes, cleaning, etc.
Prepare monthly reports for park management
Process contractors' monthly billings
Manage and maintain the common property and keep it in good condition by conducting regular inspections
Monitoring of renovation works by operator to ensure cleanliness of the common area
Monitor and manage the Environmental, Health & Safety requirements/regulations
Prepare and manage park budget
Handle procurement for park management inclusive of tender calling, awards and contractual matters
Handle gated development service charges billing, collection and deal with late payments
Requirements
A good Diploma in Building Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Have an eye for details
Independent, resourceful and able to take pressure under a fast-paced work environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
