We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and passionate candidates for the following position:
Responsibilities:Responsible for the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, calculations, disbursement of employee salaries, and uploading payslips.
Manage exit administration, including resignations, retirements, and terminations, with proper documentation and calculations.
Responsible for preparing and submitting various payroll input-related reports as per scheduled timelines.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Perform payroll reconciliations promptly to maintain accurate records.
Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues from employees, including foreign workers, in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update the payroll system; candidates must have experience and be familiar with MyWave systems.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Assist in any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management.
Proven experience in handling payroll for foreign workers and understanding their statutory requirements.
Candidates must have experience and familiarity with MyWave systems.
Language proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in G-Suite and other relevant software applications.
Highly organized, and meticulous, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
