Design, develop and promote insurance plans tailored for Honda customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify threats and opportunities from competitors while staying informed about changes in the regulatory environment affecting the insurance business.
Ensure marketing communications and promotional activities comply with current regulations and company policy.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Provide support and training to Dealer & Insurance Panel ensuring all stakeholders understand the product benefits and processes set in conducting the insurance business.
Work closely with Dealer and Insurance Panel to understand support needs and plan accordingly.
Work closely with IT and System developers to address Dealer queries and resolve issues related to operational processes in insurance systems.
Create and maintain reports on Dealer performance in sales, renewals, and market trends.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives & provide insights and recommendations for decision making.
Ad-hoc functions as and when required.
REQUIREMENTSPreferably with a minimum of 1 year working experience in the automotive or related industry; however, fresh graduates with some working experience may apply.
Possess at least a degree in Management, Business Studies, Marketing, or Economics.
Demonstrate numeric sensitivity skills able to translate data points into actionable items.
Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and any other analytics tools).
