KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1) Key Performance Indicators & Goal Setting Alignment
Establish and cascade KAFS Key Performance Indicators through consolidated goal setting process between business lines by aligning and setting a clear, measurable, achievable, realistic and trackable business deliverables, accountability and targets to supports KAFS's business agenda.
2) Scorecard Development & Cascading
Develop, streamline, and affirm accuracy for KAFS performance via single-truth platform scorecard for all management, business, strategic initiatives, financial, culture and performance related reports made available to all parties to ensure information transparency to all stakeholders and seamless preparation for KAFS Board Meeting.
3) Financial Performance & Budget Planning
Coordinate and facilitate KAFS's CAPEX & OPEX budget cycles exercise and look-ahead forecast budget by planning, phasing, monitoring and effective analysis of expenditures. Monitor KAFS compliance towards financial governance & control policies to ensure efficient and optimized level of spending within approved budget while maintaining competitive Cost-to-Serve.
4) Business Growth & Strategy Initiatives
Plan and execute the development and implementation of business expansions, strategic projects, and business development initiatives, ensuring the investment's robustness to ensure optimum profitability and growth is achieved.
Plan the business development efforts which includes conducting feasibility study, due diligence, negotiation, deal making and legal documentations.
5) Performance Management & Improvements
Monitor and assess KAFS's key business strategic initiatives performance through consistent tracking and timely intervention or escalation to maximize tangible and intangible value creation for company. Advice and provide data-driven insights and analysis of performance to KAFS Board of Directors via routine performance reviews & reporting consolidated across respective business to ensure KAFS Board Members able make informed decisions.
6) Stakeholder Management
Coordinate and conduct KAFS Stakeholder Management aligned with PETRONAS Stakeholder Management Guide through effective stakeholder mapping, engagement planning & execution and consistent monitoring in building sustainable rapport in dealing business or operational matters with stakeholders.
Facilitate the good relationship with internal and external stakeholders, establish the alliance partnership and joint venture on new business opportunities to capture growth and value creation, as well as to safeguard the reputation of KAFS.
Facilitate partnership and networking with government or any organization to leverage competitive advantage in maintaining and capturing business opportunities.
