Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Responsibilities:
Check policy/endorsement to ensure accuracy of the data captured and process within the timeline set.
Perform manual calculation for endorsement and ensure accuracy in premium.
Ensure incoming submission and outgoing output comply with acceptance limits, guidelines, and procedures.
Attend to incoming mails/submissions/calls.
Attend to Straight Thru Process (STP) pending and failed cases.
Maintain and organize submissions into the document management system.
Liaise with Marketing/Branch for any discrepancies and/or incomplete documents.
Provide operational requirements and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for new products/system enhancements/bugs.
Support manager in team performance analysis and continuously improve operational efficiency through process improvement, automation, and system enhancement.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, or Business Administration.
Preferably with insurance-related qualifications such as AMII, ACII, AII, and DMII.
Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry handling Personal Accident.
Computer skills (i.e., Word and Excel).
Effective written and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
