Execute orders based on the agreed logistics plan with the customers including managing the coordination of product movement from plant to off-takers.
Coordinate and communicate with Service Provider such as PRPC UF, SPT and LLP to ensure seamless logistic operation and system integration.
Respond to and resolve the operational deviation from the plan and report the issues for mitigation and action.
Ensure the preparation of document performed by service providers such as PRPC UF and Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) for PRefChem to be in-line with requirement sets forth by offtaker, government agency and/or governing bodies.
Key Accountabilities
Logistics Operation
Execute day to day operations to ensure smoothness of operations at both Solid Product Warehouse and Solid Product Jetty to fulfill the off-taker's shipment volume.
The operations include supervising and monitoring at Solid Product Warehouse for the loading of the product into containers and trucks to ensure timely loading of containers and trucks as per vessel's schedule or meeting domestic customer delivery time.
Systems
Ensure Delivery Note (DN) creation upon release of Sales Order (SO), stock allocation by SPW and offtaker's DN creation at offtaker side and Vehicle Scheduling Management (VSM) activities are completed within the agreed timeline.
Timely escalation to relevant parties for immediate resolution of issues for seamless logistic operation.
Communication and Coordination
Communicate with both internal and external parties to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products.
Develop an integrated logistics management system through collaboration with other departments including PRefChem Commercial, PRefChem Production Accounting, LLP, Solid Product Warehouse, Solid Product Jetty and Off takers.
Service Provider Performance
Monitor service providers compliance to agreed Key Performance Indicator and Service Level Agreement and take adequate immediate action(s) to address any performance gap or escalate to higher level for timely resolution.
Issue non-conformance report, monitor closure of the non-conformance and maintain record of all the non-conformance incidents.
Reporting
Collate, analyze and prepare regular report as and when it is required by the management including weekly and monthly logistic performance reports as well as providing input for continuous process improvement.
Customer Feedback
Investigate complaint received from customer and verify validity of the complaint by conducting comprehensive review of operational data, implement corrective and preventive action for any valid compliant and monitor closure of all action items by maintaining appropriate customer complaint database.
General and Administration
Perform administrative role of the department such as vehicle management, network requirement, office administration, refreshment, monitoring of G&A budget and any other request by the management which contribute to the well-being and improvement of facility and work processes.
Execute and involve in the implementation of a continuous improvement plan according to the department's initiative.
These initiatives include cost saving measures, HSE improvement, operational efficiency and engage in strategic planning to improve work effectiveness throughout the whole supply chain.
Contract Risk Control and Implementation
Determine the contract risk in logistics activities through identification and quantification financial exposure of the logistic & distribution operational risks, recommend terms and conditions prior to contract conclusion, establish intervention measures to ensure business requirements of present and future are being met and service level being achieved.
HSE Compliance

Qualification
A degree preferably in Engineering / Business / Contract Management / logistics / Commercial or other related field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant area.
