Job Description - Executive, Product Development (1 year contract)

Description:
The key objectives include:
Project management for Hire Purchase and Leasing Products.
Initiate meetings with related departments, including project progress plans, delivery schedules, and business process updates.
Work closely with business stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors to achieve project deliverables and outcomes.
Ensure benchmarking with competitors and customer input is reflected in new products or adjustments of current products.
Develop product value propositions, training materials, and coordinate system testing of campaigns, programs, and new products.
Support in sales forecasting and dealer target & incentive schemes.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on campaign effectiveness, joint programs, and new products, as well as execute ad-hoc tasks.
Task Description:

Ensure benchmarking with competitors and customer input is reflected in new products or adjustments of current products.
Handle all product and campaign system configurations (CMS, Ocapirator, etc.)
in UAT and Production.
Develop product value propositions, training materials, and coordinate system testing of campaigns, programs, and new products.
Regular interaction with:
Finance & Controlling Team (Understanding Pricing Model & Accounting Posting)
Insurance Dept (Bundling of Products)
Credit Dept (Understanding of Credit Rules)
Operations (Understanding of Operations Process)
Share and evaluate knowledge of market trends and feedback to relevant stakeholders to influence and develop products in line with business plans.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on the effectiveness of campaigns, joint programs, and new products.
Support in ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
Education & Work Experience:
A degree in Business or a related field.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

In-depth knowledge of automotive financial products, including Hire Purchase and Operating Lease.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
