To orchestrate and implement a strategic array of marketing initiatives tailored to maximize sales, occupancy, and return on investment (ROI) for our company's product portfolio. This pivotal role requires adept management of marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance product visibility and attract target clientele.
Accountabilities:
Contribute to the formulation of the annual marketing strategy for both residential and commercial product lines.
Assist in crafting comprehensive product marketing plans, encompassing pricing strategies, product analysis, and market positioning activities.
Execute and oversee marketing campaign initiatives for product launches and re-launches, in alignment with the designated product marketing strategies.
Identify and organize new business leads obtained through diverse marketing channels, ensuring efficient documentation and follow-up procedures.
Manage and allocate resources within the marketing budget to ensure adherence to approved financial allocations.
Analyze and compile the performance metrics of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts for insightful reporting and strategic adjustments.
Administer and optimize digital marketing touchpoints and applications, including social media platforms and Lead Management Systems, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration (BBA) and equivalent.
Less than 5 years of working experience with exposure in Sales and Marketing, advertising, digital marketing, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
