Your Mission
Leading Production and Maintenance & Engineering team day-to-day activities to support company practices and procedures.
Ensure effectiveness of implementation of FSSC 22000, GMP, SEDEX, and any other relevant requirements.
Production
Coordinating with logistics department to ensure plant receives enough raw materials for process.
Responsible for quality and cargo readiness.
Monitor utilities and sub material consumption to keep the production cost as low as possible without affecting the product quality.
Tank farm monitoring related to production such as tank ullage, heating crude oil for process, switching valve to designated tanks for production oil.
Updating SAP system, production reports submission, and month-end closing.
Maintenance & Engineering
Organize, plan, direct and control the maintenance and technical function of mechanical, electrical, instrument, boiler, and store Operation.
Key user for SAP PM Module and ensure procedure governing issue of work order (SAP), MR are strictly adhered.
Responsible for preventive/predictive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and calibration for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and unnecessary delays.
Manage and supervise contractor (mechanical/electrical/civil) to ensure the quality of work, safety, and health procedures are being adhered to at all times.
Undertake work for project/process modification.
Ensure boiler is well maintained and ready to operate.
Administering store inventory balance to keep stock costs at minimum level with coordination between the internal stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Mechanical or any other equivalent.
3 years experience in related field.
