If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…This position is to assist in the end-to-end property management and its financial related services to internal customers and stakeholders, in a non-judgmental and flexible way while ensuring their varying needs are met while adhering to proper governance compliant to Board policies, standard operating procedures of Hong Leong Bank Berhad ("the Bank"), regulatory bodies and appropriate authorities.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:To update and maintain rental records to facilitate rental review 8-months before expiry.To ensure that rental details are maintained accurately and promptly in Bank's lease asset system complying with MFRS16 Lease accounting standard.To ensure prompt payment of rentals, assessments, quit rents, service charges, sinking funds, housekeeping charges, utilities and other tenancy and property- related expenditure.To assist in the administration and preparation of property management related documents such as offer letters and agreements based on immediate superior's guidance and standards set by the Bank.To assist in administrating general insurance-related matters for the Banking group, including the compilation of sums insured for renewal of policies, collating of details for submission of general insurance claims, engaging with insurers and adjusters.To assist in the preparation of proposal and recommendation memos for Management, Board Audit Committee and/or Board of Director approval.To provide timely reports as requested by the line manager.To fulfil any ad-hoc tasks related to property management and its financial administration from time to time as instructed by superiors.Job Requirements:Minimum Degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or other relevant disciplines.Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.Fluent in oral and written English language while a good command of Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese dialects would be advantageous.Well versed in property finance and accounting principles.Able to prepare presentations using Microsoft Office PowerPoint and perform analysis using Microsoft Office Excel.Display self-motivation, resilience, attention to detail and ability to focus on goal attainment.Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
