Channel Management Preparing the awareness and training sessions to the stakeholdersBecome the participant of the ToT (Training of Trainers) session with the vendorPart of the team of awareness and trainingPreparing the documentations for the training to the stakeholdersAssisting the technical team during the development (where necessary) testing, implementation Operations Building the Knowledge Base database to support the operation personnel in the MMSW project.Assisting the current Careline team during the 3 year period after the implementation of the MMSWSecond layer of IT support for the system Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Business Administration/Logistics/Transportation or any equivalent studies Good knowledge in using MS Office Applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoints Confident and self-motivated Driven, committed, and eager to develop a career In operations Have a positive attitude and strong desire to learn and work hard Able to work in fast pace and multi-tasking and able to work under pressure if required Good communication skills A team player, fast learner, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines Needs to be comfortable and flexible to work on-site or off-site (online or remote) when required Required languages: Able to read, speak, and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
