Executive - Recruitment

Involves in Company manpower planning and forecast. Provides support in manpower costing, assist in preparation of manpower budgeting and monitor the budget utilization.Onboarding and off boarding process including conducting orientation and exit interview.Conduct periodic compensation exercise including salary increment, performance bonus and to review and develops employee competency including job description and specification.To advise and assist operational manpower activities (transfer, promotion, re-designation and resignation). To provide periodical Human Resource Reports and Analysis as required including proposal for necessary improvement.Ensure that all employees' information is updated in the system and personal file. Ensure all documentations are completed as per required by Company's Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.To ensure adherence to all the Malaysian government laws and regulations, Company's rules and regulations and Company's Integrated Management System (IMS-ISO).To ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Company's mission and key corporate valueAny other duties assigned to you from time to time**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Recruiting: 5 years (required)**Location**:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (required)
