To assist the Business Unit with any advisory on Regulatory Compliance/AML/CFT and facilitating communication on regulatory and internal requirements within the Division.ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensuring that the non-credit review borrowing customer are properly reviewed which includes information but not limited to mandatory information to be obtained and updated as per BNM guidelines.
To conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) upon anniversary date towards all non-credit review customers.
To identify the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) for the customers and maintain/updated correct UBO tagging in SIBS for all non-credit review customers.
To verify the accurate business type and correct customer information maintain in SIBS.
To update customers' latest information via account maintenance to Account Services and conduct post-checking to ensure the information is updated in the SIBS.
Conduct regular random AML/CFT verification.
To seek clearance from AML/CFT team prior onboarding any new/potential customers, if required based on its risk scoring.
Keep abreast with rules and regulations from Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Association of Banks in Malaysia (ABM) and Head Office as well as latest developments in banking circles.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum a recognized Degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduate or 1 year working experience.
Knowledge in AML/CFT and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) review.
Good command of oral and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Independent, motivated and a team player.
