To utilize various computer software, data analysis tools, and techniques to get the assigned task accomplished.To prepare comprehensive reports based on research findings, digital data, etc. to facilitate decision-making processes.- To conduct thorough research on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.- To manage projects which are research-led campaigns (Timeline/Prizes and fulfillment/T&C/Approvals).- To interpret and present data in visually appealing formats, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards.- To provide recommendations and suggestions based on data analysis to drive business strategies.- To liaise with external vendors and work closely with different departments to accomplish the task assigned.- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.- To be flexible and be able to adapt and work on projects as and when the Company requires tasks to be done (e.g. survey reports, online surveys, music tests, generating campaign effectiveness matrixes, radio listenership matrixes, etc.).Job Requirement & Skills- Proficiency in English & Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).- Proficiency in Excel advanced functions.- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.- Proven investigative and analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.- Always willing to learn and grow with an attitude to go beyond (in a humble manner)- initiatives, and use fast and cost-effective processes to get breakthrough solutions.- Instill Entrepreneurial Spirit - Resourceful by opportunities in our pursuit of a better tomorrow continuously challenging the status quo and seeking opportunities in our pursuit of a better tomorrow.
