Job Requirements:
2-3 years in Risk Management or relevant.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as risk management, business, engineering, or other relevant studies.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to assess and interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex risk-related information to various stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
A high level of attention to detail is crucial for accurately assessing and documenting risks.
The ability to adapt to changes in the business environment and adjust risk management strategies accordingly.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address potential risks and issues proactively.
Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies used in risk management and data analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential risks within the organization.
Contribute to risk assessments by analyzing data, trends, and key risk indicators.
Collaborate with senior risk personnel/team to develop risk assessment methodologies.
Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and potential areas of risk.
Utilize statistical and quantitative analysis to assess and quantify risks.
Support the development of risk models and tools.
Maintain documentation related to risk management processes and procedures.
Update/prepare reports and presentations summarizing risk assessments and findings.
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Assist in ensuring that the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations.
Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Work/follow up with other departments to update/implement risk control measures.
Attend/organize weekly/monthly coordination meetings and/or whenever required internally/externally.
Communicate risk assessment results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to raise awareness of potential risks and promote a risk-aware culture.
Monitor changes in the risk environment and update risk assessments accordingly.
Generate regular reports on risk exposure, mitigation efforts, and key risk metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to gather information and assess risks.
Work closely with senior risk personnel/team to understand and implement risk management strategies.
Stay informed about industry's best practices in risk management.
Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.
Utilize risk management software and tools to streamline processes.
Contribute to the development and improvement of risk management systems.
