Executive Safety & Health

Responsibilities:Organize and implement OSH programs at the workplace
Lead the safety & health committee (HSC)
Conduct internal HSE audits to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices, or conditions
Execute duties under OSHE 1997 and regulation
Establish and maintain environment, safety & health documentation
Liaise with regulatory officers in Customer Audit, JKKP Audit, DOE audit, and any government bodies related to environment, safety, and health
Ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent re-occurrence of accidents/incidents
Control activities of contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and visitors at the workplace regarding safety & health procedures and ensure compliance with safety policies
Collect, analyze, and maintain records of any amendments or new laws/regulations related to ESH and advise management of necessary actions, communicating the information to all employees
Prepare monthly safety and health reports for management review
Assist and coordinate hostel arrangements for foreign workers
Perform any other ESH related matters as assigned
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Occupational Safety & Health
Certification such as Certified HSE personnel, NISOH certificate, or Green Book is advantageous
Possess knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices such as OSHA
