Job Responsibilities: Monitor and inspect workplaces as well as equipment and take appropriate action to ensure incompliance with OSHA, FMA and Environment Act.Obtain "Permit-To-Work" for all repair works (Mechanical & Electrical) whenever is required.Managed and issuing Personal Protective Equipment to workers, contractors and visitors.Regular checking and maintaining the Fire Alarm System and Fire Fighting Equipment with meet to Bomba Standard.Conduct Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC) and Environmental Aspect Impact Assessment (EAIA) on work process and environmental as and when required.Perform regular workplace inspection/internal audit to ensure hazards/risks are mitigated.Prepare and review safety plans, emergency evacuation plan and first aid procedures.Establish and review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all operation needs and requirements for Evacuation, First Aid and etc procedures.Liaise with local Authorities such as DOSH. DOE, BOMBA, JKKP and etc.Investigates all workplace accidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.Submit monthly Safety and Health report to Chief Engineer by the 1st week of the month.Lead the Safety and Health committee and Emergency Response Team (ERT).Maintain and administer overall Occupational Safety and Health policies, procedure to comply with regulatory such as Department Occupational Safety And Health (DOSH) Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.At least 2-3 years of solid experience in occupational safety and health fieldExcellent communication (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills.Ability flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment.Customers services oriented and good personal skill.Must display professionalism and confidence.Strong organizational, multi-tusking and time management skills.
