1. Sales Plan & Strategies
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and analyze the exposure and risk mitigation in ensuring volume and margin growth.
2. Sales Performance Tracking & Analysis
Prepare monthly sales performance report and analysis to be used by department/division during decision making process. The report shall consist of data and analysis on sales volume against target, actual margin (profit/loss), possible reason and mitigation plan for the variance.
3. New Business Opportunities
Lead in the identification and development of action plans to secure new business area for Lube through business segmentation for management consideration and recommend product range in terms of viability, profitability, and logistics to meet new market requirements.
4. TAR Management
Monitor customer Trade Accounts Receivables (TAR) to ensure within acceptable limits, develop and implement intervention plans to mitigate any potential financial risks and credit exposure to PLMMSB.
5. Product Supply & Availability
Monitor customer's orders are delivered within the expected Service Level Agreements (SLA) and provide monthly forecast to Operations to ensure product availability.
6. Customer Service
Provide excellent customer support and services through recognition of customer's needs, timely resolution of complaints, and response to inquiries or request and maintain regular visits to sustain customer satisfaction and business continuity.
Job Requirements: • Degree in Marketing/Engineering/Chemical/Business
• A minimum of 7 years' experience in sales and marketing (preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry)
