Executive, Sales – Malaysia

We are looking for a team player to take on the role of Sales Executive, who will be hands-on with the market situation, possess comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about competitors' activities.
They should be adept in sales and marketing administration functions, including pricing negotiations with both principals and customers, to successfully secure business deals.
Responsibilities:
Manage trade performance, specifically focused on achieving the volume and revenue targets set by management.
Build and consistently manage daily sales routines, with the goal of achieving and surpassing both individual and departmental KPIs.
Identify, develop, and target new customers through effective daily sales calls and telemarketing efforts to expand the customer base, while simultaneously maintaining and nurturing existing business relationships to ensure continued support.
Develop and implement a pre-planned sales call strategy to achieve more effective results and maximize outcomes.
Create and maintain a client database by documenting current developments through pre- and post-sales visit reports.
Liaise with the Trade Management team on pricing negotiation along with constant market updates, market studies and competitors' activities to principal.
Coordinate with the Capacity Management team to ensure up-to-date figures and accurate booking projections, aiming for full utilization.
Obtain and target valuable sales leads with key information, and share these insights with the respective POL/POD teams to secure business opportunities.
Promote e-commerce solutions to customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Malay.
Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other local languages is preferred and encouraged.
Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and other system applications.
