Executive, Sales Management

Assist in pre-sales and sales administration processes, ensuring smooth handover of purchaser files for billing.  Work closely with authorities and relevant parties such as KPKT, LPHS, NAPIC, solicitors, and financial institutions to facilitate sales processes.
 Sales Performance and Reporting:  Support the sales team in tracking and monitoring monthly sales performance. Help prepare proposal papers and assist in marketing events and sales campaigns.
 Client and Partner Relations:  Maintain good relationships with potential purchasers, banks, solicitors, and business associates to promote and sell properties, ensuring annual sales targets are met.  Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales journey.
 Documentation and Compliance:  Review documentation for payment requests and ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.  Liaise with internal departments (finance, land management, legal) for smooth processing and compliance.
