Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and enhance sales forecasts for assigned and new client accounts to drive revenue growth.
Stay on top of client accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their plan, budget and other needs.
Expand the customer base through relationship building, leveraging industry contacts and cold-calling to establish strong, long-term client relationships and partnerships.
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
Collaborate across departments to coordinate pre-sales efforts, professional services, and support resources to ensure timely delivery.
Work with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans.
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business and processes.
Update progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
Meet or exceed sales quotas by identifying new business opportunities, securing deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality products and services.
Maintain in-depth technological and industry knowledge to effectively address client needs.
Participate in crafting value propositions, tender and contract negotiations to successful sales closure.
Provide regular updates on client interactions, sales activities, and general market trends in periodic sales meetings.
Requirements:Degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
Proficient in MS Office.
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Good business acumen, networking and negotiation abilities.
