Executive, Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities: To attend to all sales inquiries and maintain records of potential buyersFocus on daily sales operation, upkeep of purchaser data, coordination with solicitor and end-financiers and documentation.Knowledge on Sales & Purchased Agreement (SPA) loan and property sales procedureParticipate in sales campaigns, promotions, roadshows & project launchesClosely monitor for property transaction at booking stageManage market surveys and updates of new and current developments.Any other duties that may be given by superior from time to time. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication or equivalent.Minimum 2 years' experience in sale, preferably coming from property development, construction or real estate backgroundGood command in spoken English and Bahasa MalaysiaMust be willing to work in Bandar Seri Coalfields, Sungai Buloh and possess own transportation
