Job DescriptionProvide education counselling services to prospective students and parents.
Drive sales activities and achieve individual and group targets for student enrolment.
Involved in marketing functions including all major student recruitment activities i.e. campus events, roadshows, public fairs, and school marketing activities related to student recruitment.
Handle any other tasks as assigned by Superiors.
Job RequirementsPossess a recognized Degree in Marketing/ Business or any other related discipline.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Able to work effectively and efficiently as a team member as well as independently.
Comfortable with a target-based performance system and able to manage stress accordingly.
Possess a positive attitude and confidence in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within Malaysia.
Willing to work beyond normal working hours and weekends (if required).
