Executive, Sales - New Brand Of Byd (Kl, Johor, Penang)

Job Content Supervising and guiding the sales team to ensure Sales Advisors are up to date with the current product/ policies set by Principal / Company.Monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure branch meet the set target/ objective as well as other related Sales KPIs.Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers to increase branch sales prospect.Ensure the branch is supported by adequate stock in order to continually meeting / exceeding the sales quotas.Oversee the stocking and inventory as well as deliveries to customers to ensure timely supply and invoicing.Highlight issues concerning the sales department to Head - Sales and to propose for recommendation.Collaborate with relevant departments in assisting the Head - Sales in to develop effective sales strategies.Assist the Head - Sales in the implementation of any new policies/ guideline for the sales department to ensure adherence.Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.Performing all duties of the Head - Sales in cases of absence or emergency.Education / Professional Qualification  Degree in relevant field of studies.Able to communicate at all levels and able to speak the local dialects.Proactive and results and target driven.Strong knowledge of the product, industry and its related services. Professional Experience  Minimum 2 years' experience as Sales or equivalent in the automotive industry.
