Job Description: Sales Role Approach new customers and service existing customers.Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.Meet buyers and decision makers, obtain sales enquiries from them, and get our company added to their approved supplier list.Perform commercial & technical review on customer contracts and project requirements.Negotiate contract terms and project requirements that are not cost-effective, unfavourable to our company, beyond our capabilities, etc.Assist in preparing quotations, including costing calculations, lead time calculations, review of drawings, technical specifications and commercial terms.Provide clear instructions on order requirements to other departments, in order to enable smooth order fulfilment.Negotiate and solve problems after orders are closed e.g., due to delays, quality issues, change in requirements, payment disputes, etc.Document and acknowledge customer instructions for order variations and deviations.Monitor orders to control costs, update customers on order status and ensure on-time delivery.Expedite and escalate orders to internal and external stakeholders as necessary, to minimize any delay to customers.Operations Role Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure achievements of KPIs.Handle customer's inquiries and operation schedule to ensure all deadlines are met.Plan, implement and deliver projects in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and/or regulations from contract signing to product delivery.Manage operational expenses and budgets, allocating resources efficiently and implementing cost control measures for project completion.Monitors project progress and report periodic progress to Management.Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and operational efficiency enhancements.Identify potential operational issues and implement necessary actions to prevent or mitigate any impact from contingencies.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, vendors and regulatory agencies to ensure the availability of necessary resources and services.Job Requirements: At least 3 - 5 years of indoor/ outdoor sales experience, preferably in bolting, structural steel or similar industry.At least 5 years of working experience in operations function in manufacturing / construction industry.Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Manufacturing, Operations, Business or equivalent.Strong communication skills in English and interpersonal skills in order to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Working Location: Nusajaya5-day working week.Personal Qualities: Self-motivated team player, highly motivated, attention to details and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills.Thrives in fast-paced operational environment with many priorities simultaneously, adapt to change and manage challenges.Able to work under minimum supervision, independent and pro-active with a visible sense of urgency.
