Facilitate communication and negotiation between clients and candidates regarding employment offers, terms, and conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job openings, and recruitment activities in our database. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their recruitment projects and deliverables. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within [insert industry or specialization]. In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment regulations.
