Executive Search Consultant

Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networks) and offline methods (e.g., networking events, referrals). Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing support and guidance throughout the process. Facilitate communication and negotiation between clients and candidates regarding employment offers, terms, and conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job openings, and recruitment activities in our database. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their recruitment projects and deliverables. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within [insert industry or specialization]. In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
