The Role: As a Hiring Partner, you will play a crucial role in assisting our diverse clientele in sourcing and onboarding the right candidates for their needs.
This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to build your own hiring practice within our framework, leveraging our extensive network and resources.
Compensation: We offer an exceptional compensation model where you earn some percentage (%) of the one month salary of each candidate you successfully introduce and who is subsequently onboarded.
The higher client's fee, the greater you can receive for the hiring fee.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients across various industries to understand their hiring needs. Utilize your recruitment expertise to source, evaluate, and present suitable candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Stay abreast of global hiring trends and provide insights to clients and candidates. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the recruitment field. Proven track record of successful candidate placements. Global recruitment experience, with the ability to navigate and connect across all continents.
