Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Use data-driven insights and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Requirements4-7 years of proven experience in 360 recruitment with expertise hiring for executive level positions.
Strong understanding of leadership skills set and core values assessment (eg. competency-based interviewing, STAR, PARLA), and industry-specific talent acquisition strategies.
Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Expertise hiring on international markets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to make well-informed decisions and provide clear, persuasive arguments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using ATS, HRIS, and other recruitment technologies.
