**Key Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in Office Management / Business Studies or related Field- Minimum 1 years of working experience in related disciplines or work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role will be an advantage;- Strong command of English and Malay (both written and verbal)- Strong presentation skills in writing, business presentations, interpersonal communication, outstanding organizational and time management skills.**Key responsibilities and duties**- typing, preparing and collating reports- filing- organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)- managing databases- prioritising workloads- implementing new procedures and administrative systems- liaising with relevant organisations and clients- coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management as and when is necessary.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
