Executive/Senior Executive - Recruitment & Training (Iskandar Puteri, Johor)1. Recruitment:
Cultural Alignment in Hiring: Lead the recruitment strategy to identify candidates who resonate with the organization's 3 core values: Integrity, Empathy, and Excellence.
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and offering roles, ensuring a focus on both skill and cultural fit.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding efforts, positioning the organization as an employer of choice for values-driven talent.
Diversity & Inclusion: Foster an inclusive recruitment strategy that encourages diverse talent pools while maintaining cultural alignment.
2. Training & Development:
Leadership Development: Design and implement training programs focused on servant leadership, transformational innovation, and resilience to develop future leaders.
Employee Empowerment: Create and promote training initiatives that empower employees at all levels to take ownership, innovate, and contribute to the company's growth.
Onboarding: Oversee and enhance the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are integrated into the company culture from day one and equipped with the tools for success.
Cultural Training: Develop and deliver cultural immersion programs that teach employees to live the organization's core values.
Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning by identifying skill gaps and designing training programs that enhance both technical competencies and cultural alignment.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and tailor recruitment and training strategies accordingly.
Employee Engagement: Partner with HR colleagues to ensure that recruitment and training efforts enhance overall employee engagement, morale, and job satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or training roles, with a focus on both talent acquisition and employee development.
Proven experience in cultural alignment and implementing values-driven HR strategies.
Mandarin knowledge in speaking and writing would be an added advantage.
Strong Understanding of Organizational Culture: Ability to integrate cultural values.
Recruitment Expertise: Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates at various levels, with a focus on ensuring cultural fit and diversity.
Training & Development: Expertise in designing and delivering leadership development programs, onboarding processes, and employee empowerment initiatives.
Leadership Abilities: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, and the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
