We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed.- Assist the Shariah Manager in ensuring the implementation of Shariah through Shariah Advisory exercises on continuous basis throughout the organisation.- Assist the Shariah Manager in promoting best practices as aligned to the Shariah principles, regulatory provisions including the International Shariah best practices.- Providing support to Shariah Manager to monitor, guide, develop and manage the development of effective controls in mitigating Shariah Compliance risk.- Assist the Shariah manager in developing and conducting Shariah and Takaful training modules.- Conducting research on Shariah related issues as and when required and providing relevant recommendation and solutions.- Assist the Shariah Manager in exploring opportunities to add value to the business.- Assist the Shariah Manager in promoting of Shariah awareness programs.
