Job Description:
Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
Determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering with 5 years Experience.
Able to manage a group of production supervisors and executives (140-190 Headcounts).
Result-oriented in terms of production KPI delivery such as Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
Able to analyze data and possess good knowledge in problem-solving techniques.
Good in critical thinking process.
Experience in talent & succession planning.
Fluent in speaking and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Preferably in having experience in counseling and mentoring.
Preferably in having good knowledge of lean manufacturing and agile manufacturing concepts.
Preferably in having good knowledge of SAP/MES.
