RESPONSIBILITIES (SUMMARY) Responsible for facilitating TERAJU's strategic coordination on Bumiputera socioeconomic masterplans/strategic roadmap development and alignment. This function involves reviewing and monitoring Bumiputera economic and social strategic issues and offering recommendations to align policies with community interests. The incumbent shall also serve as the liaison between TERAJU and Government Ministries and Agencies to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment. Furthermore, the incumbent shall facilitate in updating blueprints and policies, prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress to management and stakeholders, and consolidate feedback to report on the achievements of the Bumiputera roadmap to relevant higher councils or ministries.
JOB DESCRIPTION Assist in overseeing the ongoing monitoring and reporting of the Pelan Transformasi Ekonomi Bumiputera 2035 (PuTERA35) initiatives. Ensure timely data collection, analysis, and dissemination of reports to relevant stakeholders, including TERAJU Management, Ministries, and external agencies.Assist in coordinating regular updates on the PuTERA35 Dashboard, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting on KPIs, strategic initiatives, and project progress across ministries, agencies, and state governments.Assist in facilitating the development and coordination of new masterplans and strategic roadmap documents related to Bumiputera socioeconomic issues. This includes conducting in-depth research, analyzing socioeconomic trends, and formulating strategies to address key challenges and opportunities within the Bumiputera Agenda.Assist in preparing analytical reports and presentation materials on key Bumiputera Agenda initiatives, including PuTERA35, Rancangan Malaysia Lima Tahun (RMLT), Pelan Pelaksanaan Dasar (PPD), and other strategic documents. Support the communication of key insights, strategic interventions, and budget requirements to TERAJU management, ministries, and other relevant stakeholders.Facilitate the consolidation of feedback from implementing agencies and compile progress reports on PPD under RMLT and PuTERA35 initiatives. Ensure timely reporting through various platforms, aligning with the expectations of TERAJU and external stakeholders.Assist in coordinating discussions with relevant stakeholders to analyze existing policy instruments and Bumiputera-related issues. Support the development of new blueprints, policy papers, strategic interventions, and budget requests for Bumiputera Agenda activities, leveraging various approaches such as workshops and focus group discussions.Assist in facilitating organizational reviews to assess the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of existing strategies, including TERAJU Corporate KPIs. Work closely with other departments to evaluate the effectiveness of all Bumiputera-related programs and initiatives.Serve as the custodian of departmental files and documents. Ensure proper safekeeping practices are implemented regularly and that both hardcopy and softcopy files are easily accessible by authorized personnel within the department.Execute cross-function and ad-hoc tasks as and when needed in accordance with department needs. REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Business Studies/Economics/Finance or equivalentMinimum 2-3 years working experience in the related fieldAble to work independently, meet tight deadlines, meticulous and able to work with minimum supervisionMust have strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishGood presentation and interpersonal skillsPossess good problem-solving and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications
