Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedTalent Acquisition Executiveto join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to drive our business forward.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for people and an understanding of the talent landscape in the food manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Recruitment Process Management:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Employer Branding:Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Mewah Group's employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment.
Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports for analysis.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and international standards throughout the recruitment process and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the food manufacturing or related industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficient in using various job platforms and recruitment tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with international standards and audits such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HACCP, etc.
