Job Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end talent acquisition activities, from sourcing to onboarding to ensure the hiring of the best fit candidates to fill vacancies. Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees. Phone screen and conduct job interviews to ensure candidates' skills and qualifications match the job descriptions. Remain active with job boards, social networks and platforms, and create and post job advertisements and announcements. Negotiate on salary and prepare hiring proposals, while ensuring employment offer letters are extended to successful candidates within the stipulated time frame. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines as well as internal policies (i.e. Recruitment Policy and Procedure, BNM Employee Screening policy). Implement recruitment projects and initiatives as and when needed. Undertake ad-hoc tasks and other duties assigned by an immediate superior when required. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, preparation of hiring proposals up to onboarding of candidates. Ability to communicate effectively in speaking and writing. Possesses the ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust. Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
