Executive - Tenancy, Event & Promotion

Assist in managing tenant relationships, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
Coordinate leasing activities, including contract management, lease renewals, and documentation.
Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., facilities, operations) to address tenant needs and ensure smooth operations.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, guest management, and on-site coordination.
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for tenancy-related activities and events.
Create digital and print marketing materials to promote events and tenant-focused promotions.
Contribute to social media content creation and engagement to enhance brand visibility and tenant engagement.
The Incumbent:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in tenancy management, event coordination, or marketing with 1-2 years experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
