Job DescriptionAttend to customer enquiries via call, social media platform, and chat application.
Tour operation follow up.
Execution of paperwork (from quotation, reservation, payment follow up to invoicing).
After sales follow up.
Onsite visit when necessary.
Tour research and itinerary setup.
Job RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration & Management, or equivalent in a business-related field.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Good follow-up skills and highly attentive to enquiries.
Comfortable working with computers and mobile phones for long hours.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, WordPress).
Willing to travel when necessary.
Willing to attend to customer enquiries and tour support via phone during weekends or public holidays (when necessary).
