Responsibilities:Prepare for the drawdown and repayment of Bankers' Acceptances (BA) and Revolving Credit (RC) facilities.
Coordinate the drawdown and redemption processes for the Floor Stocking Facilities.
Facilitate the issuance of Bank Guarantees (BG) and monitor their renewal schedules.
Manage loan facility availability, maturity dates, and interest payments, ensuring accurate maintenance of associated schedules.
Prepare journal entries for necessary adjustments.
Monitor compliance with loan covenants and take proactive steps to address any potential breaches.
Submit monthly treasury-related reports to support Group financial reporting requirements.
Assist in financial and operational audits, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and compliance.
Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Department or the Company as and when required.
