Executive, Treasury Operations

Responsible for supporting the Treasury Manager in executing the day-to-day treasury related activities mainly for IB Operations.
This is an operations role which requires strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and update the Current Market Price (CMP) for all currencies on a daily basis.
Reconciliation of treasury deals that are pending settlement.
Verification of deal dockets and dissemination to respective teams for onward actions.
Ensure prompt update of daily closing rates in the Guava treasury system.
Maintain relevant statistics in the Guava system for timely generation of reports.
Ensure compliance of all deals with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Involve in Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise for the treasury system.
Responsible for any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Possess a recognized Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or any other equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in treasury processing/operations function.
Preferably candidate with knowledge in treasury products.
Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
Good time management skills and able to work independently.
Good command of written and spoken English.
